In this way, care managers are catalysts by guiding patients and providing cohesion to other professionals in the health care delivery team, enabling their clients to achieve goals more effectively and efficiently

Association of Rehabilitation Nurses

The Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN) recognizes that rehabilitation nurses go above and beyond in caring for their patients every day. Our membership includes more than 5,600 professional nurses who together form a community singularly devoted to advancing and promoting rehabilitation nursing in a variety of practice settings, including nursing schools, acute care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation units/hospitals, long term care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies. The wealth of knowledge and information our community of nurses share is extensive.


Michigan Community Mental Health Boards

The Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards was created in 1967 to support county mental health services programs (CMHSPs) in promoting, maintaining and improving a comprehensive range of community-based mental health services, which enhance the quality of life, promote the emotional well-being, and contribute to healthy and secure communities which benefit all of Michigan’s citizens. Services managed and delivered by CMHSPs are designed to assist individuals in achieving, maintaining and maximizing their potential and are provided in accordance with the principles of person centered planning.
