Meet Our Staff

The Reddi-Ride office staff makes scheduling changes in a quick and efficient manner. If there is a delay due to area traffic they will call and explain. Drivers are re-routed in order to be “on time” for your transportation needs.

Our staff has been thoroughly trained on our new, state-of-the-art computer system in order to complete the error-proof scheduling of appointments. They can also receive appointments by phone, fax, or e-mail.
